To empower the team, we are looking for a strong Account Manager to take on three individual clients, in the UK and France.

  • Experience in Account or Client management
  • Fluent English/background of living in the USA/UK is a huge plus (e.g. exchange programs, work and travel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, positive and tolerant
  • Being energetic, proactive, and disciplined
  • Ready to work without supervision or guidance
  • Capable of efficiently working across multiple time zones
  • A passionate learner
  • Managing a portfolio of clients' accounts
  • Keeping track of current accounts’ success (budget, timeline)
  • Cross-selling other services to new and existing clients
  • Preparing reports and documents for other depts within Provectus
  • Be willing to work extra hours or to shift work hours to adapt to clients’ needs when required
  • Be a team player, since you will always be in the middle between the dev team and the client
  • Ability to multitask, switching between smaller and larger tasks
  • Time management skills
  • Being skilled at French will be a plus
  • Be ready for business trips to UK and France
