Model N is the leading of Revenue Management solutions for the life sciences and technology industries. The company helps customers maximize revenues, drive growth and reduse compliance risk by transforming the revenue livecycle from inefficient disjointed operations into a strategic end-to-end process
  • Solid Linux knowledge (RHEL, CentOS)
  • Experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with at least one script language (Python, Ruby, Perl etc)
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix etc)
  • Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience with security tools (OSSEC etc)
  • Intermediate+ English
Will be a plus
  • Experience with AWS API (boto3)
  • Have supported Java based solutions
  • Team management and processes
  • Development tools and CI/CD tools (git, Jenkins etc)
  • Access management (LDAP, AD, IPA)
  • Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet)
  • Management of NOC team providing 24/7 support
  • Developing monitoring solutions for different technologies and products
  • Creating and enforcing workflows (monitoring, access and security) for NOC team
  • Working on automation for monitoring tools
  • 12 hours shift work
  • Five-day work-week within young and energetic team
