Brand Voice

A designer and an editor on call for every team. Brand Voice is a Claude plugin that writes, checks, and builds decks and pages in the company’s brand. The team still decides what goes out.

Capabilities

With Brand Voice, you can

You bring

A one-line request

It builds the whole deck by your brand rules and hands you a PPTX, a PDF or an HTML file.

Human oversight

People decide. Brand Voice does the first pass.

The work is split in four steps. Three belong to Brand Voice. The last one is yours.

  1. Writes the first draft

    Brand Voice

You bring a topic, rough notes, a call transcript or an old deck. Brand Voice writes the argument and the words for the format you pick, in your company’s voice.

  2. Checks tone and facts

    Brand Voice

It holds the text to your voice and gives you notes to pick from. It checks claims against your sources and asks about any it can’t confirm.

  3. Builds it in your brand

    Brand Voice

It lays out the deck or page in your brand, then runs a layout check for overflow, overlaps and type that is too small before the file comes back to you.

  4. Decide what goes out

    You

Every file comes back for your review, and nothing is sent until you approve it. Your team keeps ownership of the brand rules and of any work that needs a designer.

The context

Everyone on your team can make work that looks designed

Most people on your team aren’t designers, and they shouldn’t have to be.

  1. AskAnyone asks for a deck or a page
  2. GetIt comes back in your own brand
  3. ShareIt looks like yours, so it gets used

Try it on your team’s real decks.

The Sprint is where we start: in two weeks we build a working first version of Brand Voice for your brand, and one deck with your team.

Brand rules

Your colors, fonts and logo.
Your voice. Your offers.
Written down once.

We write down the brand rules with your team once, and Brand Voice follows them in every file.

Brand A · brand rules
  • Colors
  • Fonts Sans · light numerals
  • Logo Geometric shapes
  • Voice Clear, plain words
  • Layout Four tall cards
  • If something is missing

Brand Voice falls back to neutral defaults, never to another company’s brand.

  • Your wording stays

Say “keep my wording” and it does. It still sticks to the facts, clients and quotes in your sources.

  • If it isn’t written down yet

We write it down together with your team, before the first deck is built.

The engagement model

One brand, one team, then everyone

We widen the rollout only once the first team is using Brand Voice for its daily work.

  1. 01 / Sprint · 2 weeks

    Your own Brand Voice.

Built from your guide, templates and best recent work.

    • Read your brand guide, templates and the decks your team is proud of.
    • Check font licenses for web and AI use.
    • Write down tone of voice examples and a short company profile with your team.
    • Hand over a working first version, with one real deck built on it.
  2. 02 / Enable

    One team, real work.

For example, sales and its first-call decks.

    • One team builds its everyday decks with Brand Voice.
    • Your team reviews the output and tunes the brand rules.
    • Gaps in the brand rules get fixed once, for everyone after.
  3. 03 / Realize

    Every team, one brand.

Marketing, sales, communications and people teams.

    • Roll out to every team that makes material in your brand, inside or outside the company.
    • The setup and your brand files stay yours, in your company’s own account.
    • Run it as part of a wider company-wide Claude rollout , if you have one.

Proof

We use it ourselves

Provectus builds its own decks, proposals and pages with Brand Voice, this page included.

Start with your team’s first deck

We start small, with one team and its real work. Then you decide what’s next.

  • What the Sprint gives you

In two weeks: your own Brand Voice, working in your brand, and a first deck built with it.

  • What we need from you

Claude for the people who will use it, your best decks and templates, your brand guide, fonts licensed for web and AI use, and a few examples of how you sound.

  • What you keep

At handover, the setup and your brand files move to your company’s own account and stay yours.
