Our story
Distributed data was the foundation. AI is the natural step.
2010 — The origin
Provectus started with distributed data platforms and systems. Our team contributed to open-source projects like Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and Presto, then turned that expertise into the engine that helped Silicon Valley companies run their big-data workloads.
The evolution
We grew naturally into data and analytics, then cloud — primarily AWS — migrating workloads, microservices, and complex enterprise systems. Machine learning and AI was the natural next step on top of that engineering foundation.
The industries
On top of that engineering foundation, we built two deep industry practices: Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services. Industry practitioners run these programs — writing code, reviewing architectures, and shipping systems alongside the engineering team.
