PSC Biotech aimed to enhance its document processing operations by automating processing of FDA Form 483 observations with AI. They wanted to optimize costs and mitigate risks of infractions made by employees.

Provectus designed and built a highly accurate ML model for classification of FDA forms. An end-to-end ML infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and integrations for user-friendly document management was delivered.

The Provectus solution has enabled PSC Biotech to cut the time spent on manual review of observations, optimize processing costs, and increase accuracy and throughput of document processing.

Dynamo wanted to enhance its document platform for storage and classification of PDF and email data. They aimed to improve document classification, to be able to to make predictions based on a document's content.

Provectus developed Dynamo’s new infrastructure for document classification. EDA was conducted on datasets to build a baseline classification model. A pipeline for document classification was implemented.

Provectus has delivered a new document classification solution for Dynamo in six weeks. Enabled by IDP, the solution returned a processing accuracy of 95%, which exceeded the requested threshold of 85%.

Forge wanted to minimize time spent on manual review and processing of documents. They aimed to use IDP to extract data from documents, while using GenAI to generate incorporation report spreadsheets.

Provectus’ IDP solution was employed as a foundation and a platform to handle the results of document processing and spreadsheet generation. GenAI was also used to process data from incorporation documents.

Provectus has delivered the GenAI-powered IDP platform in four months, enabling Forge to rapidly extract data from corporate documents and build spreadsheets for simplified document review by managers.
