With over two decades of experience in driving business value through innovative technology solutions, Michael brings a rare blend of delivery leadership, product innovation, and AI transformation expertise to Provectus.

Michael joins Provectus with a distinguished career in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. He has held senior leadership roles across technology consulting, enterprise operations, and product development, where he established agile delivery models, modernized large-scale data platforms, and led enterprise AI/ML & GenAI AI initiatives. His achievements include driving EBIT improvements in the tens of millions through scalable AI and GenAI product lines, exceeding client delivery productivity program targets for public sector client contracts by 25%, and delivering up to 50% in cost savings for retail operations through systems and analytics modernization initiatives.

At Provectus, Michael will focus on strengthening operational excellence and formalizing delivery and AI solution practice maturity. His first-year priorities include establishing a repeatable, transparent maturity framework for client engagements, enhancing delivery consistency across the deal lifecycle, and scaling standardized frameworks that differentiate Provectus from competitors. Clients can expect to see greater transparency, consistency, and efficiency across engagements, from pre-sales through delivery and beyond.
